Aad is wall, boundary, barricade, concealment, occlusion, protection, cover.
This piece comes from my own thirst for answers while drifting in a fractured world. I do not understand, and do not feel understood. While I sense that I am one with the other, I feel divided, stagnated, unheard, unheeded.
The colors, the flatness are reflective of where I am - halted, paused, but not willing to disengage.
